Analytics
Analytics now offers a split data of tax components along with cumulative tax data. Data such as tax type, tax group, tax amount, and tax percentage is now available for dedicated Redshift customers.
CMA
Help your guests easily identify day packages by displaying images to represent day packages in CMA. Administrators can enable settings for this at the organization level CX v3 settings. More information
Employee
Now, when an employee earns revenue greater than the maximum commission slab configured by the business, their commission will be calculated up to the last configured slab. Any amount earned beyond the upper limit will not be considered for commission calculation.

Inventory
The following columns have been added to the Stock Ledger report.

Loyalty
To improve the loyalty program experience for guests, Zenoti will now trigger a notification when points are added manually as well. You can use the Loyalty Points accrued template to configure email and SMS.
Payments
Stripe Express in New Zealand
If you have a Stripe Express AUS account, you can collect payments over Stripe at centers in New Zealand.
Queue
When the front-desk staff adds a guest with multiple services and the guest doesn’t have a preferred stylist, the Booking Wizard schedules the same stylist for each service without requiring the front-desk staff to perform any additional tasks.
Front-desk staff can close or modify invoices (e.g., to add products) in Queue View for guests who have paid their invoices. Upon Checkout, a notification appears on the screen with the option to edit or close the invoice.
Reports
During Ramadan, one business day typically spills across two calendar days. For example, Wednesday sales are generated between Wednesday, 3:00 pm to Thursday, 1:00 am. When the business runs the Sales report for Wednesday, invoices generated during Wednesday AM hours are considered, while invoices generated during Thursday AM hours should have been considered.
To view sales for such days, businesses need a way to pick time.
