How can I quickly notify guests booked this morning about heavy traffic?

If there's unexpected traffic or delays and you want to alert guests with appointments today, you can send a targeted email campaign. Here's how to do it:

Step 1: Create a target segment

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Target segments.

  2. Click Add > Create custom target segment.

  3. Enter a suitable name for the segment that you can easily identify.

  4. Add a rule: Visits > Next Visit > equal to > 1 > Days.

    • Important: In this rule, 1 Day = Today (and 2 Days = Tomorrow).

  5. Click Save.

Step 2: Send the message (one-time event)

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns > Email/text/whatsapp.

  2. Click Add Scheduled Campaign.

  3. Click Text Message (SMS) and choose Announcement.

  4. In Select recipients, choose the correct Center, then select the target segment you created.

    • Tip: You can also click Create target segment here if you didn’t create it in advance.

  5. Add the message content.

  6. Select Send Now (or Schedule).
