How can I quickly notify guests booked this morning about heavy traffic?
If there's unexpected traffic or delays and you want to alert guests with appointments today, you can send a targeted email campaign. Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Create a target segment
Navigate to Marketing > Target segments.
Click Add > Create custom target segment.
Enter a suitable name for the segment that you can easily identify.
Add a rule: Visits > Next Visit > equal to > 1 > Days.
Important: In this rule, 1 Day = Today (and 2 Days = Tomorrow).
Click Save.
Step 2: Send the message (one-time event)
Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns > Email/text/whatsapp.
Click Add Scheduled Campaign.
Click Text Message (SMS) and choose Announcement.
In Select recipients, choose the correct Center, then select the target segment you created.
Tip: You can also click Create target segment here if you didn’t create it in advance.
Add the message content.
Select Send Now (or Schedule).
Permissions checks:
SMS campaigns require Send/Schedule SMS Campaigns permission and SMS consent.
Email campaigns require Send/Schedule Email Campaigns permission, and email content must include the business address (Zenoti supports inserting [CenterAddress]).
