Classes Attendance report

This article is only for the latest version of Zenoti Reports. Do not compare the data in this version with the data in the previous version.

The Classes Attendance report helps you to monitor the attendance data of your classes, with details such as the total strength of a class, the number of students who actually attended a class, and much more. This information can be used to make informed decisions about class scheduling, marketing, employee commissions, and other aspects of the business.

  1. Click the Reports icon.

  2. In the search box, enter Classes Attendance and select the report.

    Alternatively, click the report category and click the report from the list.

  3. Select the desired filters.

    You can view the report only for those centers to which you have access.

  4. Click Refresh

Column descriptions

Column Name

Description

Class Name

Name of the class.

Class Type

Indicates whether it is a workshop or independent class.

Invoice No

Invoice on which the class was booked and paid.

Guest Name

Reflects the name of the guest or member who enrolled for the class.

Employee Name

The employee who registered the student for the session.

Session Start Date

Date and time at which the session started.

Session End Date

Date and time at which the session ended.

Note

The Session Start Date and Session End Date columns also reflect the dates for future schedules or registrations. This is helpful to track all available classes for guests and members.

First Visit

Indicates whether the student attended the class for the first time.

0 - It was not the first visit of the student.

1 - It was the student's first visit for the class.

Member

Indicates whether the student who attended the class has a membership in the center.

0 - The student is not a member.

1 - The student is a member.

Sub Requested

Indicates whether a substitute teacher was requested for the class.

0 - A substitute teacher was not requested for the class.

1 - A substitute teacher was requested for the class.

Sub Volunteered

Indicates whether a substitute teacher volunteered to take charge of the class.

0 - A substitute teacher did not volunteer for the class.

1 - A substitute teacher volunteered for the class.

Original Instructor

The default instructor assigned for a class or session during the creation of the class. This column is helpful to track the first mapped instructor in case there is a substitution at a later time.

Center Name

Studio at which the session was conducted.

Avg Class Attendance

Average class attendance is calculated as the fraction between the total number of registered students and the number of sessions of the class.

Average Class Attendance = Total number of registered students/Number of class sessions

Promotion

Name of the promotional offer or discount used by the student while registering for the class session.

Registration Status

Status of the student's registration for the class session.

Registration Status Date

Date and time at which the registration status of the student was last updated.

Booking Source

The method or program through which the student booked the session or class, such as special booking passes, rewards, or memberships.

Payment Type

The specific method or channel through which the session registration fee was processed, such as credit card, bank transfer, or online payment gateway.

Promotion

The promotional offer, discount, or special deal applied by the student during session registration.

ClassPass Status

Indicates the student's participation status for the session through ClassPass, such as Cancelled, Missed, or Attended.

Class Capacity

Maximum strength of the class.

Room

The room assigned for the class or session for a center.

Center Name

Studio at which the session was conducted.

Business Unit

Business unit to which the studio belongs.
