Booking Productivity report (v1)

Center managers can use this report to get an insight into the types of services requested by guests by calling the front-desk staff or call center.

This report considers,

  • Closed invoices

  • Employees who book the appointments, such as receptionists and not providers or therapists

  • Employees whose base center is the current center and the employees who are deputed to this center

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Booking productivity report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

  • To view the report for all centers for which you have permission, select the All Centers filter option.

  • To view the report for the current center, select the This Center filter option.

Note

The # Of Appointments and # Of Guests columns may not match because a guest can make more than one appointment.
