View and print employee details
As a center manager, you can efficiently manage employee information and conduct performance reviews by accessing detailed provider-specific service lists including pricing and service duration.
Front desk operators (FDOs) can also view profile details, including service preferences and restrictions for each provider. This visibility helps ensure bookings are aligned with each provider’s capabilities and preferences, minimizing errors and enhancing the overall guest experience.

To view and print employee details from the redesigned appointment book, follow these steps:
Navigate to the redesigned Appointment Book.
Click the more options icon next to the provider’s name.
Click View details to see the service provider's profile details and a complete list of their services, prices, and durations.
Click Print all services to print all services assigned to the provider along with the service name, provider-specific price, and provider-specific duration.
Note
The profile details are not printed and cannot be viewed by guests.
