Create opportunity before membership expires
If a membership is about to expire, the system creates an opportunity and assigns it to the opportunity owner (sales owner of the opportunity). For example, if you enter the days as 4 in the following setting, then 4 days before the membership expires, an opportunity is created.
Set the default stage when package expires
Set the default stage when membership expires
Set the default stage when payment for membership fails
Set the default stage for campaigns
Set the default stage for opportunities
Create a disposition
A disposition is the outcome of a conversation with the guest, such as call back later, interested, not interested, call disconnected, and so on. The dispositions created at the organization level flow to the center by default. Centers can further create additional dispositions if required.
Create stage
Sales stages help you determine the stage in which an opportunity or a sale is with a prospective customer. For example, a Lead can be used to describe a guest who is interested in buying a package or membership.
Create a source
A source is the channel through which a sales opportunity originates. They enable businesses to categorize opportunities based on marketing channels or other methods through which guests discover the business.
Create rules to update the sales stage of opportunities automatically when guests book appointments or purchase memberships. Configuring rules will reduce manual efforts in updating sales stages in opportunities.
For example, your organization has defined sales stages as Prospect, Lead, Consult, On Hold, and Won:
You can create a rule to update the sales stage of an opportunity from Lead to Consult if a guest books an appointment for a Botox Consultation.
You can create another rule to update the stage from Consult to Won if the same guest books an appointment for Botox Service.
You can configure this rule to update the sales stage from Won to On Hold when the guest subsequently cancels the appointment or doesn't show up for the service.
