Products (Retail)

Only retail product sales are included in this analysis.

Metrics include:

  • No. of products sold: This refers to the quantity of products, including refunds, which can result in negative numbers. For refunds, only the return date is considered, not the purchase date.

  • Percentage of appointments with products: This metric represents the percentage of invoices with a service that also included a product. It is based on the service date and indicates how effectively products are being upsold to guests.

  • Product sales: This refers to net product sales based on the sale date. Refunds are factored in, so product sales can be negative if refunds exceed the original sales.
