Conversion Rate

Conversion Rate tracks the percentage of guests who either became members for the first time or had no active membership for at least two days before purchasing a new membership.

Key Rules:

  • Timing: Conversion is recorded on the date the new membership is purchased.

Important: Conversions focus on capturing truly new or lapsed members — not recent renewals.

Example: A guest whose membership expired three days ago buys a new membership today. This is counted in the Conversion Rate.
