Allow members to bring visitors to your center

You can allow members to bring non-members to your center when their memberships allow visits with guest passes.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Master Data icon.

  2. Navigate to the Memberships option, search for the required membership, and click Membership name.

  3. On the General tab, navigate to the Benefits section.

  4. Switch the Guest Pass for Visits toggle to Yes.

  5. In Number per period, enter the number of visits you want to allow in this membership during the current billing cycle.

  6. To allow non-member check-in till a specific time from the member check-in, in Consider tagging along within _ minutes after member logs-in, enter the duration you want to allow.

  7. You can also restrict the number of visits per guest and the number of visits per guest per day. In Per user and Per user per day, enter the required values.

  8. Click Save,
