Manage membership forms

View forms associated with memberships

  1. Navigate to the guest profile, click the Memberships tab. From the list of recurring and non-recurring memberships, you can view and filter this list.

    Alternatively, you can view the membership form from POS by searching and selecting the guest.

  2. From the Forms column, click View. Or, click the name of the membership and click the forms icon. In the pop-up window, under Actions, click View.

  1. Navigate to the guest profile, click the Memberships tab. You can see the list of recurring and non-recurring memberships; you can filter this list.

  2. Click the name of the membership and click the forms icon.

  3. In the pop-up window, under Actions, click Email PDF.

  1. In the top-right corner of Appointment Book, click the POS icon.

  2. Search for the guest or enter the guest's details.

  3. Click View and send membership agreement and select Email PDF.

Points to consider

  • The business must have sufficient SMS/Email credits.

  • The business must have a configured email template.
