Customize Fitness Kiosk

To access kiosk customization, enable and configure the fitness kiosk.

For more information, refer to setting up a fitness kiosk for your studio.

  1. You can access the Fitness Kiosk on the studio's configured tablet or the Zenoti mobile app with the required credentials.

  2. Click the Device Settings icon.

  3. On the sidebar that appears on the right of the screen, scroll down to the Fitness Kiosk section.

Check-in page time out (in minutes)

Add a value in minutes after which the fitness kiosk times out and locks.

Enable manual search on Kiosk

Enabling this feature allows guests to search guest details using username, membership name, or guest code manually on the kiosk.

If this setting is disabled, the search bar will be hidden on the kiosk.

Enable QR code scanner

Enabling this feature allows guests to only check-in using a QR code.

Enable always-on camera for Kiosk

Enable this feature to keep the camera on at all times in Kiosk mode. Members don’t need to tap Scan Code to access the camera on the kiosk.

By default, this feature is disabled.

Kiosk functionality

The Kiosk functionality enables you to configure the display page after a member successfully checks in to the center. There are four functionalities for this feature

  • Only center check-in: After check-in, the member only views a successful check-in display message on the kiosk. There is no other activity that the member can perform.

  • Only services: After successful check-in, the member is redirected to the services page. The member can only book a service from the kiosk.

  • Only classes: After successful check-in, the member can view all the enrolled classes displayed on the kiosk. The visibility of the classes is managed by center-level settings.

    Important

    The visibility of enrolled classes depends on the duration of visibility before and after the member checks in to the center. These values are set at the center-level settings. If the member check-in occurs outside the duration, the kiosk displays a 'No sessions available' message.

  • Both classes and services: After check-in, the member can access all features of the fitness kiosk, including the enrolled classes and the services tab.
