What does the appointment declined notification do?
Informs guests that an online appointment was declined.
When is the appointment declined notification sent?
Sent when front-desk staff clicks Decline in the Service Request screen. This applies only to businesses that have turned on request-based bookings, controlled by the organization-level setting, Enable request mode, from Online booking settings.
What communication methods can you configure for the appointment declined notification?
You can configure an email and a text template.

[MailUnsubscribeLink] | Link to unsubscribe from transactional emails. Once unsubscribed, no transaction-related email will be sent (including appointment-related emails). |
