Campaigns effectiveness report

Marketing managers can use this report to track effectiveness of campaigns with metrics such as guest visits, revenue, and guest retention.

  • At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  • Search and select the required report by entering the report name.

  • If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  • To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  • Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

  • Note

    The Campaigns field can be used only when the total number of campaigns is less than 5000.

    Sale center

    Center where the item was sold

    Campaign name

    Name of the campaign

    Campaign code

    Unique code that identifies the campaign

    Campaign channel

    Campaign's communication channel: Email/Text, Media

    Campaign type

    Type of the campaign: discount or announcement.

    Total guests

    Total number of guests who availed of the campaign

    Discount redeemed (New guests)

    Number of new guests who availed of the campaign

    Discount redeemed (Existing guests)

    Number of existing guests who availed of the campaign

    Service sales (New guests)

    Sales amount generated by selling services to new guests (including taxes)

    Service sales (Existing guests)

    Sales amount generated by selling services to existing guests (including taxes)

    Service discounts (New guests)

    Total service discounts (in amount) availed by new guests

    Service discounts (Existing guests)

    Total service discounts (in amount) availed by existing guests

    Retail sales (New guests)

    Sales amount generated by selling retail products to new guests

    Retail sales (Existing guests)

    Sales amount generated by selling retail products to existing guests

    Retail discounts (New guests)

    Retail discounts in amount availed by new guests

    Retail discounts (Existing guests)

    Retail discounts in amount availed by existing guests

    Total discounts

    Total discounts (services and retail) in amount availed by all guests

    Guests retained

    Total number of guests who visited or have appointments for the retention period (number of retention days from the end date)
