Update Trusted IP Addresses for Zenoti Integrations
Overview
To ensure secure and uninterrupted service for on-premise integrations, Zenoti is updating its list of public IP addresses. This update is essential for customers using local systems or custom solutions such as Oracle Opera PMS, HTNG integrations, or on-site payment gateways that rely on Zenoti’s IP addresses to maintain connectivity.
Note
This update applies only to customers using Zenoti with local systems, such as in-house servers, property management systems, or payment terminals at their business location. If your business does not host any on-premises systems that integrate with Zenoti, no action is required.
Prerequisites
Confirm if your business uses on-premise integrations. If there are no such integrations, these changes don’t impact your business.
Coordinate with your IT team or network service provider for the necessary changes.
Update Instructions
Step 1: Review Existing IP Entries
Ask your IT team to verify whether the current Zenoti IP addresses are allowed through your firewall or ACL.
If the existing IPs are already present, proceed to the next step.
If the current IPs are not found, no further action is required.
Step 2: Add New IP Addresses
Update your network configuration to allow traffic from Zenoti’s new IP addresses.
Log in to your firewall, proxy, or ACL tool.
Search for and validate the presence of the new IP addresses.
Add all missing IP addresses to the allowlist.
Step 3: Test the Configuration
After updating the new IP address list, verify the configuration internally, as Zenoti does not have access to your list of approved IPs.
Verify that your integrations, such as payment gateways and local software, are functioning properly.
Perform a test to ensure uninterrupted connectivity with Zenoti.
FAQs
Q: I use cloud integration. Do I need to update the IP settings?
A: No. If your integration is cloud-based and accessible over the internet, you do not need to make any changes. This update only applies to customers using Zenoti-supported systems installed at their business location.
Q: I do not use any integrations. I only use the Zenoti application. Do I need to take action?
A: No. If you are only using the Zenoti application and have not integrated any external systems, no action is required. This change applies only to customers who have restricted Zenoti access through network-level IP controls.
Zenoti Approved IP Addresses
Zenoti utilizes specific IP addresses to establish connections with customer servers. These IPs must be allowed to ensure secure and reliable integration.
