Reserve with Google is now available for medspas.
Expanded Availability: Reserve with Google is now accessible for all business types, including medspas, broadening the reach of online booking capabilities.
Book Now Button: A Book now scheduling button has been introduced, enabling businesses to attract additional bookings directly from their Google profile or search results.
Introducing the ability to migrate files from the previous system while maintaining original file names and photo-capture dates.
Files can now be migrated directly to the guest gallery, ensuring easy access and organization.
Once uploaded, files will be sorted based on the original capture date of photos, facilitating efficient reference and management.
This feature is exclusively available to new customers being onboarded to Zenoti, for an enhanced migration experience and ensuring seamless business continuity.
You can now access Photo Manager from an Android tablet and on mobile phones to click photos with a better resolution. More information
Additionally, you can access the Photo Manager camera directly from forms through the Form Builder forms upload section.
Enhancing your gallery experience with the photo manager, you can also edit tags, and rename files directly from the preview mode.

Seamlessly access past visit forms during a treatment without closing the current form from ZMA.
You can choose from a list of form names, their respective statuses, last submission date and time.
Move between past forms seamlessly with navigation arrows.
Easily return to the currently open form by clicking the form close button or outside the form.
If the stock quantity falls into negative values and new stock is subsequently added, the system now allocates the cost of goods sold (COG) for quantities below zero to the unit price of the most recently added product. The resulting COG value is displayed in the Offset column in the Cost of Goods V2 report. More information
Users can now assign values to product quantities added via audits, providing greater flexibility in cost allocation for the adjusted quantities. However, during stock item removal in audits, a perpetual average value will be assigned.
This offers a range of distinct valuation methods: Perpetual Average, 3-month average, Recent Order Value, Non-zero Perpetual average, Vendor Purchase Price, and Custom Value.
Changes made to stock assignments will be reflected in audit imports as well. Additionally, editing or assigning values will be restricted during reconciliation. More information

Organize your day packages for easy filtering on the Appointment Info Panel and Webstore! Now you can assign a service category to each day package by selecting from the Service Category list at the time of booking. More information
Enrich services opted by guests and increase your revenue by suggesting add-ons for services included in a day package. More information
You can use the pivot feature to summarize and reorganize data in reports by converting rows into columns and applying aggregation methods such as 'Sum'. This is only available for Sales Cash, Sales Accrual, Collections, and Employee Sales reports. More information.
Zones and centers are now empowered with direct access to Analytics data without depending on the organization. More information
To improve data access security, we've migrated to SSO authentication for Tableau, replacing password-based logins. This enhances user convenience and reduces the risk of unauthorized access. More information
Note
Starting March 15, 2024, all existing Tableau credentials will be retired. User authentication will transition to SSO.
For the logged-in employees, in Queue and Kiosk, the currency format will now be aligned with their language and cultural preferences providing an accurate and user-centric display of information.
Google ReCAPTCHA, a risk analysis and fraud detection software, has been introduced specifically as a security measure for the OTP flow in CMA. ReCAPTCHA V3 in CMA's OTP flow eliminates image selection, blocking fraud attempts automatically. More information
Users can now track the real-time status of wait times at each store location directly on the map's location marker pin for queue flow in CMA.
Users can now conveniently send online gift cards to an additional email address upon request. This feature is accessible through the Send Email link in the new Send Gift Card column of the Online Gift Card Status report. More information
Front desk staff can now easily identify and manage appointments as the online booking system will honor the color set for each appointment.
For increased control over cancellations, businesses can now hide the cancel button during the cancellation window in both CMA and Webstore. This encourages users to contact the center ensuring personalized communication and allowing staff to inform guests about potential late cancellation charges. More information

In the sign-in sheet/pop-up of GC flow, Continue as Guest is the first option, followed by Sign in.
Hide the occasion and style selection options when guests choose a physical gift card on the webstore. More information
The Send Later option for the e-gift card, on the selected date the default time is set to 9 AM (center time). More information
Improved center search using Google API, displaying the distance of each center from the specified location (search by pin code, locality, and city).
To keep a track of manual discounts, you can make comments mandatory when applying manual discount on invoices. More information
Businesses can configure unscheduled service providers to be included in guests' waitlist requests. This way, providers can earn extra income by opting to fill in waitlist requests outside their regular schedules. More information
For guest privacy, you can now hide their contact information on printed job cards. More information
Front-desk staff can now add reasons when initiating refunds for the purpose of audit and reporting. More information
You can search gift card numbers with partial deposits in Point of Sale for group invoices. More information
While creating a service, you can set up prerequisite services. Front-desk staff can choose from the list of prerequisite services. The service may or not be required or can be done alongside the main service. When there is a prerequisite service with conditions required, the front-desk staff will be alerted. More information
Enhance tracking of membership liabilities with the upgraded Memberships report! Now, the Memberships report displays expired and terminated memberships that are still within their grace period in separate sections. More information
Centers can now customize or disable the recurring membership payment notifications set at the organization level. More information
Studio owners can now set and track class attendance goals for students by defining Class Milestones for their organization.
Instructors and front desk staff can view student progress, offering insights and celebrating achievements. Students can stay motivated on their fitness journey by tracking class milestone metrics and progress toward their goals.
Milestone details can be viewed on Roster view, Webstore, CMA, and Zenoti Mobile app. More information
The Classes page now has an improved search functionality. You can use multiple keywords to expand your search for classes.
A prebuilt filter on the Classes page enables the filtering of classes based on their status.
New columns on the Classes page enhance ease of access to class data, providing a quick overview of schedule dates, session details, and associated centers. More information
For online transactions, centers can now choose to override the backup payment method set by the organization. More information
On the roster, front desk staff can now sort the students by their first name. This way, when there are multiple classes at the same time, they do not have to go back and forth to check-in students.
Now, from the membership icon tool-tip on the Roster page, instructors can view the membership name along with the status. This way, instructors do not have to go to the membership tab on the student profile to understand why a class isn't covered by the membership.
FitReserve is a monthly membership that allows a user to choose from thousands of in-person, live-stream, and on-demand fitness classes from the studios and instructors. Organizations can now integrate FitReserve with Zenoti.
ZMA gallery now supports short videos too, along with photos in guest profiles.
Video files uploaded through digital forms will be integrated into the ZMA gallery, for a more comprehensive experience of viewing the guest's profile.
Have better control over overtime pay rates by defining rates based on specific time periods in day and week. More information

Employee Summary report is enhanced with the following features:
More data about an employee's performance, such as worked hours, statistics around productivity, and revenue.
Support for date range.
Detailed information regarding calculating hours, including production, non-production, and regular hours, with special defaults for when no clock out exists.
Handling of statistics based on whether work task is enabled or not.
You can use automated Always-On campaigns to drive bookings and grow revenue. The campaign landing page is redesigned so you can easily select from three ready-to-use campaigns with discounts, and target segments that can be customized as per your preference. The update also includes a high-level dashboard for campaign performance. More information.
MMS marketing support is introduced in USA and Canada enabling the sending of JPEG and PNG files. You can include up to 5 images per message within a 5 MB total size limit. More information.
The unsubscribe option is automatically added to marketing email headers due to the recent changes mandated by email providers to allow guests for one-click opt-out. More information.

In Reports, you can now export the summary view with grouped data directly to Excel using the Export with subtotals option. The exported file supports up to six levels of data.
You can now use the Transaction Type filter in the Royalty v2 report for modified cash and cash accounting types to know the exact amount of royalty calculated on sales, without including tips and taxes paid through prepaid items. More information.
Now you can group products by vendor in the Current Stock report using the Vendor column. If a product has multiple vendors, the Vendor column will show multiple. The same product with an identical current stock will be listed as separate entries under each of those different vendors in the report. More information
Increased flexibility in managing order data. Users can now download the purchase order in XLS/XLSX format, in addition to the existing options to print and save it as a PDF. More information
Setting up funding logic for same-day tips payout is now easier. You can review the system's suggested funding amount and minimum balance.
Access and manage all your funding bank accounts directly from the Tips payout dashboard.
Gain quick information about each account with information such as the bank owner's name, last 4 digits of the bank account, payout program, available funds, associated centers, funding amount, and minimum balance.
Initiate fund additions, edit the funding logic or adjust minimum balance directly from the dashboard and track their status in real-time with instant on-screen updates. More information
If the dispute is raised for a product sale., now the system-generated evidence document will include the product sales history to ensure accuracy.
Additionally, you can choose to replace the system-generated evidence document entirely with a custom evidence document and retain the option to switch back to the system-generated document at any time before submission. More information
The onboarding for the same-day payout program is now faster as you can directly set up the funding and payout settings without creating an additional account by submitting KYC/KYB details.
The dispute management system has been enhanced to give more details.
You can now see the name and designation of the person who submitted the evidence along with the transaction ID, dispute ID, and comments from the issuing bank. More information
Custom payout details are now included in the existing Tips Payout details report.
A new filter has been added to choose the payout type in the Payouts view.
You can view the custom payouts done to employees (for payroll adjustments, bonuses, etc.) by selecting Custom payouts from the Payout type filter. More information
To have immediate access to transactions, providers can get instant virtual cards on wallet creation without having to wait for the delivery of the physical card.
Providers can now easily transact tip earnings by adding Zenoti Card to Apply Pay.
View basic information of guests in the Overview section of the guest profile in MyZen.
Providers can now use MyZen in Spanish (EU), Spanish (Latin America), French (EU), and French (Canada).
To keep a track of tip earnings and payout dates, providers can view tips payout status under Tips in the My Earnings section on MyZen. More information
New updates on Zenoti Mobile calendar:
Equipment view: Front-desk staff and providers can view availability of equipment required for a service by changing to Equipment view on the calendar.
Room view: Front-desk staff and providers can view availability of rooms to book for a service by changing to Room view on the calendar.
Weekly provider view: Front-desk staff can view weekly availability of a provider by selecting Week View for a provider on the calendar.
Collection of donations on Point of Sale in Zenoti Mobile is now supported on Stripe. More information
To provide guests with quick tailor-mode services, you can now sell custom packages with and without templates from Zenoti Mobile. More information
Wired printers with and without connectors are now supported on Android tablets. More information
Providers can search for guests booked for the day using the new search icon in MyZen. With the appropriate permissions, providers can also directly book appointments from guest search.
On MyZen, providers can upsell products to guests through hand-picked recommendations based on their chosen service. More information
The following enhancements are made to S3 and Redshift data.
Added a new table that provides the details on the type of fee levied on memberships such as freeze fee and decline fee.
Added a new column to fact invoice item table to identify the type of fee

You can export your financial data to either Excel or CSV format using the export feature from Integrations > Accounting > Manual Sync. More information.
Employee profiles can now be automatically created in Zenoti via Zapier from your HR system or software. This helps to keep your employee-related HR details in sync. More information
You can now alert business managers or business developers about API keys that are due to expire by enabling the Expiry of API keys alert. More information
