Ecommerce sync report

You can use the ECommerce Sync report to monitor online purchases made through Webstore V1 or Shopify. This report displays the products, customers, and orders synced to Zenoti from Shopify.

  1. Navigate to Reports and search for the ECommerce Sync report.

  2. Select the desired filters and click Refresh.

You can use the filters such as Items, Customers, Sales orders, and Refunds done at Shopify to view the report according to your requirement.

Column

Description

SKU

Stock Keeping Unit helps you track your products.

Status

  • Active: Synced items are Active.

  • Inactive: Pending or Failed items are Inactive.

  • Delete: The item was deleted from the online store.

Response Message

The response message as to why an item is inactive.

Financial Status

The payment status of an order indicating if an order has been partially paid, fully paid, refunded, and so on.

Fulfillment Status

The status of order processing, indicating whether an order has been fulfilled or partially fulfilled. None indicates that the status is unmarked at Shopify.

Total Tip

Any tip applied on the order/invoice.

Total Discounts

Any discount applied on the order/invoice.

Total Tax (Inclusive of Shipping Tax)

The tax that includes the invoice tax and shipping charge tax.

To calculate only the invoice tax excluding shipping tax use,
