Set up payment links

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Navigate to Security > Security roles.

Select a role and click the Permissions tab.

Expand Appointment book and in the Appointments section, select the Send payment link to guest checkbox.

Click Save.

At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select Payment processor onboarding setting from the Payments section.

Select Transaction types.

To change the payment processor, for the Online transaction type, click Change and select a payment processor.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Enable payment link setting from the POS section.

Enable the setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Enable payment link setting from the POS section.

Enable the setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Auto-trigger payment link before/after appointment start time setting from the POS section.

Enable the setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Automatically close invoices after guests make payment via payment link setting from the POS section.

Enable the setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select the Allow employees to edit the amount to be collected via payment link setting from the POS section.

Enable the setting.

Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

Search for and select Templates for email and text from the Notifications section. Locate the template Payment link for guest.

Locate the template for Payment Link For Guest.

Edit the required details.

Click Save.
