Set up payment links
Secure payment links provide customers with a convenient way to make online payments. This section explains how to configure and share payment links for invoices, deposits, and online purchases.
When there is no physical terminal at your center or when your guests are not physically present at the center, you can send them a payment link via email or SMS. This makes payments easier and promotes faster checkout.
To set up payment links, you must:
Role permissions to send payment links
Enable a payment processor for online transactions
Enable payment links at the organization level
Enable payment links at the center level
Configure help text for payment links
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Enter help text for payment link in the POS section.
Enter the help text for payment link.
Click Save.
Auto-trigger payment link before or after appointment start time
Auto close invoices for payments made via payment link
Edit the amount to be collected via payment link
Configure the email, SMS, and WhatsApp templates
