Configure guest feedback on MyZen
Service providers can view feedback provided by guests to identify improvement areas, develop skills and make guest experience a priority on the MyZen home page. Businesses can enable feedback with detailed comments and star ratings, show comments without star ratings, make the feedback anonymous or show guest name along with the feedback on the MyZen application.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode
Required permissions: None
Enable this setting to show the feedback section on MyZen home page. It shows the average guest feedback in the form of 1-5 numerical rating.
Example, a service provider has a cumulative average guest rating of 4.6.
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and select Show guest feedback.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.
If you want to hide the average guest feedback from the MyZen home page, turn this toggle off.
Enable this setting to allow the service provider to navigate to all star ratings and detailed comments provided by guests from the feedback section on the MyZen home page.
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for select Show feedback with detailed comments and star ratings.
Enable this setting and select if you want to show anonymous feedback without guest name or show feedback with guest name. If you want to also show feedback with comments, then enable the Show comments setting.
Click Save. If you want to hide the detailed comments and start rating from guests, turn this toggle off.
After you disable this setting, service providers can only view the average feedback section on the MyZen home page.
