Start your day in ZMA v2
Log in to Zenoti Mobile App (ZMA)
Locate the app on your device.
To launch the application, tap the Zenoti Mobile icon.
In the Account Name field, enter your business's Zenoti URL. Example: zenspa.zenoti.com
Enter your employee username and password.
Tap Login.
Tip
If you're not able to log in to Zenoti Mobile (ZMA), see blank screens, or if your screen is buffering, try these troubleshooting tips:
Uninstall the app, then reinstall it. Try logging in again.
Note: You may not have the latest version of the app installed - this trick normally works.
Reach out to your owner/manager to check your geofence settings - you may not have the permissions to log into ZMA outside of geofence.
Check in
On the menu, tap Check In.
Note
If Geo-fencing is enabled for your center, you will only be able to check-in when you are in the center premises.
Change your center
On the menu, tap Center.
Search for the desired center and select it.
View your notifications
To view the notification, from the top of your device screen, swipe down.
Note
You will receive notifications on your mobile, tablet, or smart watches for the following situations:
Employee clock-in alert
Employee clock-out alert
Guest check-in
Service start
End of service
Next provider to start service
Guest check-out
View appointments for a different day
On the Appointment page, swipe left or right to the desired month and tap the desired date.
If you want to return to the current date, in the calendar, tap Today.
If you want to move to a different week or month, tap Today, and then on the calendar, swipe left or right.
Add your busy time to inform your business when you’ll be away
From the Appointments tab, tap the ellipsis (...) icon.
Tap Add Block out time.
Select block out type, start time, duration, and then enter any relevant notes.
Turn on Repeat for regular activities such as lunch or daily meetings.
Select the frequency, start date, and end date.
Note
You can set the block time to end on a specific date or after a set number of occurrences.
Tap Save.
Change password
Login and tap Settings.
Tap Change Password.
In the Current Password box, enter your password.
In the New Password and Confirm Password boxes, enter the new password.
Tap Change.
