How do I enable and troubleshoot calendar sync for providers in Zenoti?

Enable calendar sync (admin setup)

  1. At the organization level, navigate to Configurations > Business details.

  2. Enable Allow providers to sync their Zenoti calendar appointments with their personal calendars.

  3. Ensure permission is enabled: Administrator > API > Manage Apps.

  4. Click Save.

Sync calendar feed (provider steps in ZMA)

  1. Tap Menu.

  2. Tap Settings and Preferences.

  3. From Sync Calendar, tap Edit.

  4. Turn on the Do you want to share calendar toggle.

  5. Tap Copy link to copy the calendar URL.

  6. Add the copied URL to your personal calendar:

    • iCal: Add Subscribed Calendar

    • Google Calendar: Other calendars > + > From URL

Troubleshooting calendar sync

  • Confirm the org-level setting is enabled and saved

  • Sync is one-way only. Zenoti → iCloud/Google/Outlook updates sync. Personal calendar → Zenoti updates do not sync back.

  • Sync coverage is limited to last 3 days + today + next 10 days

  • Allow time for refresh (can take up to 30 minutes)

  • External calendar sync via Employee Preferences is not available in the redefined ZMA v2 app for phones.
