Tips Summary report (v1)

Tips are part of income that service providers earn. Business and providers can use this report to file taxes.

You can view the tips by one of the following:

  • Sale date

    Date on which an item was sold, or a service was performed

  • Collection date

    Date on which guests paid tips and the invoices are closed

  • Closed date

    Date on which invoices are closed

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Employee Tips Summary report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Note

If the center employees have not earned any tips during the date range, you will not see any data. Try changing the filter selections.

Note

If you do not see an employee's name in the report, try changing the job type while generating the report.

Tip

Amount the guests paid for tips

To view the Split Tip report for this employee, click the amount.

Note

If the employee profile is deactivated, you cannot see the Split Tip report for the employee.
