Configure guest account deletion policy
Guests have the capability to permanently delete their accounts through the Consumer Mobile App (CMA) at their convenience. However, this action is conditional and can be executed only if users have no ongoing appointments, loyalty points, active memberships, packages, gift cards, or outstanding payments. In case any of these elements remain active or unsettled, the account deletion process will not be possible.
Impacts and considerations
The capability to delete is limited to CMA guests.
Employees accessing the CMA cannot perform deletion tasks.
