How do I change the status of a purchase order?
PO statuses follow a one-way lifecycle: Created → Raised → Updated → Partially delivered → Delivered → Reconciled. You cannot move a PO backward in the lifecycle (for example, from Raised back to Created). To advance:
Created → Raised — Select the PO and click Raise (or use bulk raise for multiple POs). This requires the Raise order permission.
Raised → Delivered — Click Deliver and enter delivery details. Partial deliveries keep the PO in Raised status.
Delivered → Reconciled — Click Close to finalize the PO. This step is permanent.
