Configure package expiry communication

You can specify when to send reminder emails/text messages to guests when their package expires or just before it expires. You can also notify the opportunity owner who is responsible for following up and closing the opportunity.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. To enable reminders for guests, search for the Send an email/text to guests when the package expires setting in the Packages section.

  3. Enable this setting.

  4. To enable reminders for opportunity owners about package expiry, search for the Create an opportunity to follow up setting in the Packages section.

  5. Enable this setting.

  6. To specify whether the reminder should be sent before or after package expiry, from the Send before/after the package expires? list, select Before or After .

  7. To specify when to send a reminder, in the When to send the email/text message (in days)? column, enter the number of days.

  8. Click Save.

Example: If you select Before in Step 4 and enter a value of 4 in Step 5, your guest will receive a package renewal reminder four days before the package expiry date.
