What payment methods can guests use with payment links?
The guests can pay using:
Google Pay or Apple Pay
Credit card or Debit card
If they choose to pay using a card, they must enter card details each time they make a payment as saving card information for future use is not supported.
Is It possible to collect tips using payment links?
Yes, you can collect tips using the payment link.
Tips are applicable exclusively to services.
To collect tips on payment links, you must activate this feature at the organization level and configure suggested tip options at the center level
You can only collect combined tips using the payment links.
For example, if a guest receives multiple services from different providers, they can provide a combined tip amount rather than specific tips for each provider.
Can I send a payment link for partial payments and a custom amount?
Yes, you can modify the payment amount before sending the payment link.
This can be used to take partial payments.
To edit the amount before sending payment links, you must enable Allow employees to edit the amount to be collected via payment link setting at the organization level.
Which types of bookings are not supported by payment links?
Payment link does not support the following types of bookings:
Scheduled packages
Recurring memberships
Memberships with future sale date
Saving a card and charging later

Do payment links consume email/SMS credits?
Payment link emails and texts do not consume any text or email credits.
Are the colors on the payment screen configurable?
The appearance of the payment link email depends on your Webstore branding settings.
If you have set up Webstore for your business, primary colors are used from the settings.
If you do not have Webstore enabled for your business, the email will include your organization logo from the organization settings (Organization > Organizations > General > Organization logo), with blue as the default color.
When can I send payment links to guests?
You can manually send payment links at any stage of the appointment.
You can set up payment links to be sent automatically at a specific stage of the appointment.
Can I collect deposits using the payment link?
Deposits can be collected in the form of a prepaid card (PPC). You must add a PPC to the invoice as a deposit from the front desk. It is recommended that the front-desk staff adds a note on the appointment invoice about the PPC invoice for redemption later.

Is AVS (Address Verification System) supported in payment links?
AVS is supported for both, Stripe and Adyen.
For how long is the payment link valid?
After the payment link is triggered, it is valid for 24 hours for the guest to make the payment.
How many attempts does a guest have to make a payment?
Three (3). After three failed attempts, the payment link expires. The front-desk staff must then generate a new link.
What happens after the guest makes the payment?
After the payment is successful, the invoice on the POS screen gets updated. Invoices can be closed in two ways.
Manual closure of the invoice- Allow the front-desk staff to close the invoice manually after the payment reflects on the POS invoice when guest pays using the link.
What happens if my guest doesn’t have transaction email / SMS enabled?
For guests without transactional email or SMS capabilities, you have the option to send payment links via WhatsApp.
Can the front-desk staff make changes to the invoice after sending the payment link?
Yes, the front-desk staff can make changes to the invoices if the guest doesn't have the payment link open. However, the changes won't reflect on the guest payment screen. To reflect the changes, they must trigger a new link.
