Amazon Payment Services (Middle East)

Amazon Payment Services allows you to collect global and local payments across multiple payment channels. It also allows you to monitor your collections using real-time analytics and operational KPIs across all the payment channels.

Zenoti supports Amazon Payment Services in the following countries of the Middle East:

  • United Arab Emirates

  • Kuwait

Zenoti’s support for Amazon Payment Services is coming soon in the following middle eastern countries:

  • Saudi Arabia

  • Egypt

  • Jordan

  • Lebanon

  • Qatar

  • Oman

Prerequisites

To configure Amazon Payment Services for your business in Zenoti, you must have the following:

  • Amazon Payment Services Account: Businesses should have an active Amazon Payment Services account. This requires the business to finish a KYC verification process with Amazon.

  • Configuration Info: You must have the following information handy:

    • Merchant Identifier

    • Access Codes

    • SHA Request

    • SHA Response

    • SHA Type

      Note

      You will get this information from Amazon Payment Services.

  • MOTO Transactions: Ensure your Amazon Payment Services account is approved for conducting MOTO transactions by your acquiring bank.

To configure Amazon Payment Services

  1. At the organization or the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search Payment processor onboarding and under Payments, select Payment processor onboarding.

  3. For Amazon Pay, click Setup.

  4. In the Submit Details section, enter the following:

    • Merchant Identifier

    • Access Code

    • SHA Request Phrase

    • SHA Response Phrase

    • SHA Type

      Note

      Reach out to Amazon Payment Services to get the above information.

  5. Click Continue to Configuration. The Payment Options page appears.

  6. Make the following selections:

    • Allow saving cards on Web and Mobile POS: Select this check box if you want to save cards that are used in Web POS and Mobile POS transactions.

    • Allow saving cards on Webstore and CMA: Select this check box if you want to save the cards that are used on Webstore and CMA transactions.

  7. Click Save and Next. The Select Transaction Types page appears.

  8. You can select the following transaction types:

    • Manual (Moto)

      Note

      Ensure your Amazon Payment Services account is approved for conducting MOTO transactions by your acquiring bank.

    • Online (Webstore and CMA)

  9. Click Save and Next. You have successfully configured Amazon Pay Services for your business.
