Configure provider preferred booking slots
Guests who regularly book services at your center often have a preference when it comes to their choice of providers. This could be due to reasons such as being comfortable with a specific provider, the experience of the provider, or because the provider customizes the services according to the guest’s preferences. Whatever the reason, we find that 33% of guests who book online have a preference for a specific provider.
Enable provider-preferred booking slots for the organization
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable provider-preferred booking slots setting.
Enable this setting.
Click Save.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

At the center level, click the Configurations icon.
Search for and configure the settings from the given sections.

Enable this setting to book slots according to preferred provider considering their level of expertise and the time they take to complete the service.

Enable this setting to edit the specific provider when booking appointments using Booking Wizard.
Note
If this setting is turned on, the employees with read-only permissions can edit guest profiles directly from appointment blocks.
Click Save.
Impacts and considerations
The exception to provider preference is group bookings. The guest cannot choose a specific provider in a group booking setting.
