Employee Summary Report
This article explains how to use the Employee Summary report to analyze an individual employee’s performance in terms of services rendered, products sold, hours worked, and other key metrics over a selected date or date range. The report is designed to help owners and managers make data-driven decisions by offering detailed breakdowns of each employee’s contribution to service revenue, product sales, and customer engagement.
Overview
The Employee Summary Report helps business owners and managers evaluate employee performance across various parameters. By providing a day-wise or range-based view of sales, service activity, and productivity, this report enables more effective team management, recognition, and incentivization.
This report includes service and product sales data, hours worked, guest details, and more — all organized into actionable sections that can also be printed individually if needed.
The Employee summary report includes the following sections:
Service details: Services rendered by the employee on a given day
Product details: Products sold by the employee on a given day
Summary: Summary of product and service sales made by the employee on a given day
Guests by gender: Number of guest visits listed according to the gender
Calculated hours: The hours calculated
Productivity by hour: An employee's productivity by services performed and products sold
Unique guest profiles: Number of distinct guests served by the employee on a given day.
Invoice summary: Overview of all invoices generated for the employee’s sales and services.
Service invoice breakdown: Detailed list of service invoices with values and quantities.
Membership details: Information on memberships sold or serviced by the employee.
Package details: Information on packages sold or redeemed by the employee.
Missed membership opportunity: Count of guests without memberships who availed membership-eligible services.
You can print these sections individually, using a receipt printer. To customize the metrics you want to see, refer to the Configure employee summary report article.
Prerequisites
By default, commissionable revenue calculations include deductions in the Service Details, Summary, and Productivity sections. If needed, you can enable this setting to exclude deductions. For more information on how to do this, refer to the Configure Commission Slabs article.
Owners and managers can access this report by default. Other users can access this report, if they have the Employee Summary Report permission.

Note
When you navigate to the report from Appointment Book or Queue view, you will not be able to change the center.

Select the employee.
Click Refresh.
Considerations
Accurate numbers are available only after checkout.
When an employee looks at their summary before a day's checkout, an estimated value is presented before them, calculated until that point in time. Accurate numbers are available only after checkout.
If an employee checks the report after the center close time, without actually checking out, an estimated value is presented considering the center end time as the checkout time.
When you have no production-hours (in case of work task enabled organizations) or no actual hours (in case of other organizations), the revenue will be zero.
