Member or Guest self check-in

Guests with a valid membership can only check in to the center for a visit. As a member, you can view a successful check-in message on the Kiosk screen along with a dashboard that contains details of your workout sessions, amenities, and the number of visits to the center.

Check-in using your Guest code or Membership code

  1. Access Kiosk at the center.

  2. In the search text bar, enter your guest code or membership code.

  3. Select your profile from the list and tap Check-in.

    Members with a valid membership and sufficient credits can view the Book button to book a class or service directly after check-in.

Check-in using your QR code

  1. To activate the Kiosk camera, tap Scan Code.

  2. To check in to the center, present your guest or membership QR code.

Check-in using a Guest Pass code

Your friend or acquaintance can also check-in to the center using a Guest Pass code. You can generate a Guest Pass code if you have a valid membership at the center. More information

Additionally, you must check-in to the center first, and then your friend or acquaintance can access the center using the generated guest pass code.

  1. Access Kiosk at the center.

  2. In the search text bar, enter your Guest Pass code generated by an existing member at the center.

  3. Select your profile and tap Check-in.

  4. You can also check-in by scanning your QR or bar code at the Kiosk.

Important

Guests who check in through a guest pass on the Kiosk do not see classes or services. To view or access classes or services, check with a staff member at the front desk.

In cases where the guess pass is inaccessible, Kiosk displays the following message:

Cause

Guest pass cannot be used without guest pass provider. Contact the front desk for more information.

This is because guest passes are intended to be used by guests of members, not by guests who are visiting on their own.

Guest pass is expired. Contact front desk for more information.

The guest pass must not have been used previously. If a guest pass has already been used, it cannot be used again.

Unable to check-in. Contact front desk for more information.

If the barcode on the guest pass is not accessible due to damage or unreadable due to any other reason.

Register for a class

  1. To register for a class, check in to the center using the Kiosk.

  2. To view a list of all available classes, tap Classes.

  3. Select the required class and tap Book Now.

  4. To confirm the class details and booking on the confirmation window, tap Book Now.

    Your booking confirmation appears on the screen.

Note

For members with a valid membership, if you are already registered to a class, and the class is ongoing during check-in, your session begins automatically with the confirmation screen.

If your class is at a different time slot, the Kiosk displays your class confirmation details and start time. You can check in at the start time to resume your class.

For guests without a membership, upon successful check-in, you can register for free classes.

Register for a service

Note

Only members with valid memberships can book services or amenities.

  1. To register for a class, check in to the center using the Kiosk.

  2. To view a list of all available services, tap Services.

  3. From the Service panel, select the required service.

  4. Select a slot for your service.

    If there is no preference for the slot, the system assigns you the first available slot for your service.

  5. Review service details and tap Confirm.

    Service booking confirmation appears on the Kiosk screen.

Unsuccessful check-in

For assistance regarding unsuccessful check-in, contact the front-desk staff.

An error message is displayed on Kiosk due to any of the following reasons:

  • Invalid membership

  • Suspended membership

  • Frozen membership

  • Cancelled membership

  • Inactive membership

  • Expired membership

  • Expired package

For any of these reasons, you may receive an unsuccessful check-in notification and then be redirected to Kiosk home page/check-in page.
