Corporate Memberships
Overview
Zenoti allows businesses to offer corporate memberships, a shared-cost membership model in which a corporate sponsor covers a defined share of the membership fee and the member pays the remaining amount. The business sets the share for each fee component on the membership, including the setup fee, the recurring collection, and the annual fee.
Corporate accounts represent the sponsoring organizations in Zenoti. Each corporate account holds the sponsor's profile, contact details, and a saved payment method that is charged for the corporate share of every sponsored invoice. The same corporate account can sponsor multiple memberships, and the share that the corporate pays can differ across memberships.
On every membership, administrators control whether a corporate account is required, optional, or not used through the Corporate Account Configuration setting. This gives businesses flexibility to run regular memberships, employer-sponsored memberships, and memberships exclusively reserved for corporate sale from the same membership catalog.
