Configure mandatory selection of room for every service
To ensure a room is assigned to each service booked, enable this setting to make sure front-desk staff selects a room for every service.
Enabling this setting will result in a reduced number of booking slots on the Webstore and CMA.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization or center level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select Make it mandatory to select a room for all bookings.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
To disable compulsory room selection for appointments, turn off the toggle.
Impacts and considerations
Prevents double booking of rooms and ensures appointments have the necessary space allocated.
Allows assigning appointments to rooms that are best suited for the type of service being offered.
Restricts room selection and scheduling options if there are limited room choices, particularly when specific rooms are already booked.
