Customize kiosk
Copy address from primary to secondary guest
You can automatically copy the address of the primary guest to the secondary guest when adding them to an appointment.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Copy address from primary guest to secondary guest setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Add custom HTML code for in-store kiosk
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Add custom HTML code for in-store Kiosk setting from the Appointments section.
Enter the code.
Click Save.
Add custom HTML code for online kiosk
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Add custom HTML code for online Kiosk setting from the Appointments section.
Enter the code.
Click Save.
Add google tag manager script
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Add a Tag Manager script setting from the Appointments section.
Enter the script.
Click Save.
Add google analytics ID
You can connect your account to Google Analytics to track guest behavior on your website and application.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Add a Google Analytics ID setting from the Appointments section.
Enter the ID.
Click Save.

At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Add a Google Analytics script setting from the Appointments section.
Enter the script.
Click Save.
Enable card on file during check-in
You can improve the guest experience by allowing them to store their credit card information on file during check-in for future appointments.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable card on file during check-in setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Enable guest self checkout at organization
You can improve the efficiency of your checkout process by allowing guests to checkout using Zenoti Mobile App (ZMA) without having to interact with an employee.
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Enable guest self checkout setting from the Appointments section.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
Enable online Kiosk
The Enable Online Kiosk setting controls staff and guests access the Kiosk from a browser, offering a faster and more intuitive experience. This is for businesses that use an online Kiosk or support same-day online booking.
When enabled, users who are not logged in and access the Kiosk from a browser are redirected to the online Kiosk. This behavior is designed for organizations that actively use online Kiosk.
When disabled, users who are not logged in and access the Kiosk from a browser are now directly shown the login page on the Kiosk URL. This makes it easier to launch in-store Kiosks from a browser without requiring prior login.
To enable online Kiosk, follow these steps:
At the organization level, click Configuration.
Navigate to Appointments > Kiosk > Setup.
Switch on the Enable online Kiosk toggle.
Click Save.
To disable the setting, switch off the Enable online kiosk toggle.
