Employee Attendance for-the-day report (v1)

Center managers can use this report to track the attendance and tasks performed by employees of the current center and other centers for a date range.

Important

You can view this report only at the organizational level.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Employee Attendance for-the-day report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Note

If you've enabled work tasks for employees, you can view the task details in the report by selecting the Show Work Task Check-in Details checkbox and clicking Refresh again.

Time at which the employee checked in on the day

Time at which the employee checked out on the day

Work Task

Task the employee spent doing on the day

Actual Hours

Number of hours the employee spent on the task

Notes entered by front-desk staff or administrator during the employee's check-in and checkout

Base Center

Center to which the employee belongs

If the employee was on loan to other centers, you can see multiple center names for an employee.

Work Center

Center where the employee worked on the attendance date

Status

Status of the employee based on the employee's schedule

If the employee was on leave, you can see the leave type in this column.

Example: Maternity leave, Paternity leave, Thanksgiving, Jury duty

Expected Checkin

Time at which the employee was expected to check in based on the employee's schedule

Expected Checkout

Time at which the employee was expected to check out based on the employee's schedule

Actuals

Actual time when the employee checked in and checked out

Attendance Rule

Attendance rule applied for the day

Scheduled Hours

Number of hours the employee is expected to work based on the expected check-ins and checkouts

Actual Hours

Number of hours the employee worked

This number is calculated based on the employee's actual check-ins, actual checkouts, and overtime hours.

Note

These actual hours match with the Actual Hours (without Block Outs) column of the Employee Attendance Summary report.
