Overview of new Kiosk

The new Kiosk offers an enhanced, brand-aligned check-in experience, with advanced usability features designed to improve guest interactions.

While this limited version supports check-in functionality only, it provides a highly customizable interface for organizations seeking to optimize guest experiences.

Key features include:

  • Implement both regular and new Kiosks across different centers, allowing flexibility in check-in solutions.

  • Support individual and group check-ins, including partial group check-ins.

  • Enable guests to check in using email or phone number.

  • Upsell 0-minute add-ons during check-in to increase engagement and revenue.

  • Apply your brand’s theme, color palette, font types, and shapes for consistent branding.

  • Display up to three marketing images on the launch and check-in confirmation screens.

  • Prompt guests to complete missing information, such as email, phone numbers, forms, marketing opt-ins, and adding a card on file.

  • Enable service and guest forms to capture detailed information during the check-in process.

Note

To enable the new Kiosk, contact your Zenoti Customer Success Manager.

The new Kiosk does not support the following functions:

  • New bookings

  • Queue/Walk-in management

  • Self-checkout

This Kiosk is not suitable for businesses that rely on a queue-based system.
