Enable guest-specific pricing
Guest-specific pricing feature enables you to tailor your pricing to the individual needs of each guest. This can be used to offer discounts to loyal customers, charge more for complex services, or incentivize guests to book appointments during off-peak hours.
Step 1: Enable the guest-specific adjustments to service price at the organizational level
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search and enable the Allow guest-specific adjustments to service price setting from the Guests section.
Enter the values for the Allow the price to be reduced upto and Allow the price to be increased upto fields to create a range. Also, set the price unit in a flat amount or percentage from the dropdown.
Click Save.
Step 2: Allow a role to manage guest-specific adjustments
Employees with specific role permissions will only be able to add, edit, and delete guest-specific pricing.
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
Search and enable the Security roles setting from the Security option.
Select the required role from the Security roles page, and navigate to the Permissions tab.
Under the Appointment book category, select the Add/Edit guest-specific pricing and Delete guest-specific pricing role permissions.
Click Save.
Step 3: Mark the service to be customizable
At the organization level, click the Master data icon and select Services.
On the Manage Services page, search for and select the required service to be modified.
On the Edit service page, select the Service duration and price is customizable for a guest checkbox.
Click Save.
Reset guest-specific service pricing
Resetting guest-specific service pricing is irreversible. This means that you will not be able to retrieve the old price adjustment settings. However, you can recreate them from scratch.
Required roles: Owner or Administrator
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click on the Configurations icon.
Search and enable the Allow guest-specific adjustments to service price setting from the Guests section.
To modify all guest-specific price adjustments to the original prices, click Reset.
The Reset button is only visible when the Allow guest-specific adjustments to service price setting is enabled.
Click Save.
