Configure annual limit on service credit transfers for memberships
You can control the number of service credits a guest can transfer from their membership over a 12-month period. Zenoti uses a rolling window logic —each credit becomes eligible for transfer again exactly one year from its transfer date.
If your business prefers not to restrict membership service credit transfers, you can keep this setting disabled. In this case, credit transfers remain unrestricted, and staff can continue transferring credits as long as the guest has available service credits for the membership.
Front desk staff or any other employee with the required permission can override the transfer limit. Refer to transfer service credits to guests for more information.
Required roles: Owners, Center Managers
Required permissions: Marketing Manager > Memberships > Override Service Credit Transfer Limit
At the organization level, access Configurations.
Navigate to Memberships > Membership actions.
Select the Credit transfer and guest pass option.
Enable the Credit transfer limit toggle.
Note
If the Credit transfer limit toggle is turned off, there is no restriction on the number of service credits a guest can transfer. You can continue transferring credits if the guest has available service credits for that membership.
Enter a value in the Set annual limit on service credit transfers for memberships field. This field is mandatory and must be greater than 0 when the Credit transfer limit toggle is enabled.
Click Save.
