Add guest to waitlist
Zenoti allows you to waitlist guests to book an appointment during busy days or peak hours. This helps you avoid losing revenue and book the appointment when the preferred time slot or therapist becomes available. Online guests can also add themselves to the waitlist from Webstore or CMA.
Open the Appointment Book and click the Waitlist icon

Click Add New.
If it is an existing guest, select Existing Guest and search for the guest by name, email or phone number. If it is a new guest, select New Guest and add the guest details.
Important
You cannot add card details as saved cards and deposits are not supported for waitlist.
Click Next.
Add the service and select the service provider.
To add multiple services, you will have to create a separate waitlist entry for each service.
Click Next.
Select the date range and time slot during which the guest wishes to be waitlisted for their appointment.
You can add multiple date ranges with morning, afternoon, evening, all or custom time slot options.
Click Add to Waitlist.
