Block cross center refunds
You can block cross-location and multi-store refunds for gift cards and packages for your business. These refunds take place when guest purchases a gift card or package from one center and seeks a refund at another center.
Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.
Required permissions: None
At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.
If you want to block cross center refunds for:
Gift cards - Search for and select Block cross center refunds: Gift Cards from the POS section.
Packages - Search for and select Block cross center refunds: Packages from the POS section.
Click Save.
These settings are independent of each other. If you want to unblock cross center refunds for gift cards or packages, then turn off the toggle for these settings.
