Book multiple services with the same therapist on Kiosk
When multiple services are booked with the option "Any Provider," the same provider will be automatically assigned to all selected services.
For example, if a guest books both a haircut and hair color and selects "Any Provider", Zenoti will assign the same provider to both services. If the guest then selects a provider for the first service and later chooses the second service, Zenoti will check if the same provider is available. If the selected provider is not available for the second service, Zenoti will revert all services back to "Any Provider."
At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.
Search for and select the Book multiple services with the same therapist setting.
Enable the setting.
Click Save.
If you do not want to assign the same provider for multiple services, turn off the Book multiple services with the same therapist setting.
