Visits
Overview
The Visits page in Zenoti is designed to track and manage member check-ins seamlessly. It provides essential details such as guest profiles, check-in statuses, and membership notifications, enabling front-desk staff to deliver a smooth experience. Before you begin, ensure that Visits are enabled for your fitness organization. Enable visits tracking to allow your staff to access the Visits page.

Key sections of the Visits page
Recent check-ins
Displays the 10 most recent member check-ins at the top of the page, with large, clear profile pictures for quick identification.
New check-ins appear from the left side and shift existing ones to the right.
Member profiles and profile pictures highlight the color of their alert notification, making it easy to identify membership status or issues at a glance. To understand the meaning of different notification colors, refer to the Visits notifications and alerts.
Click a member’s profile picture to enlarge the image for easier identification. Click a member’s name to navigate to their entry in the All check-ins section for further actions, simplifying navigation during busy periods.
You can expand or collapse the Recent check-ins section to manage screen space.
All check-ins

The All check-ins section displays real-time activity for the day. This contains the details of all check-ins for your center or studio.
The number next to All check-ins header indicates the total member check-ins for the day.

Click a member’s record to access their profile.
The Membership Name column displays the member's current membership. Click the membership name to open the membership details page, where you can view the status, renewal dates, and benefits.
