Show performance metrics and leaderboard rankings

You can empower providers by giving them access to their metrics from the Employee KPI report. Enable this setting to show the performance metrics and employee rankings in MyZen.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configurations icon.

  2. Search for and select Allow performance tracking using metrics and leaderboard.

  3. Enable this setting and then enable the Show leaderboard setting to show your providers how they rank against their peers in the current location using the Employee KPI report.

  4. Click Save.

To disable tracking employee performance and leaderboard ranking, turn off these toggles.
