Other Fee Collections report (v1)

Some businesses may charge a fee to cover operating costs related to services. For example, a business may charge an environmental fee to cover expenses incurred toward the safe disposal of service waste.

Business owners can use this report to track such fees.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Other Fee Collections report.

  3. To view complete data for a report with multiple columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to access all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Description

Invoice No

Invoice on which other fee was charged

Receipt No

Receipt number generated after receiving full payment and closing the invoice

Guest Code

Unique code that identifies the guest who paid the other fee

Guest Name

Guest who paid the other fee

Payment Date

Date on which the guest paid the other fee

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the Invoice filter.

Cash

Component Name

Component or the item type on which the other fee was collected

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the Fee Components filter.

Employee Code

Unqiue code of the employee who earned a part of the other fee

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the employee split filter.

Employee Name

Employee who earned a part of the other fee

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the employee split filter.

Split Percentage

Percentage of other fee to be split among employees

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the employee split filter.

Split Value

Value of other fee earned by the employees

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the Fee Components filter or the Employee Split filter.

Total Amount

Total amount collected for other fee

Note

You will see this column if you've generated the report based on the Fee Components filter or the Employee Split filter.
