Stock Ledger report (v2)

Caution

You will see this report on the dashboard only if you have the Edit Lock (90 days) option enabled for your business.

Note

In the stock ledger report, you can group data by columns such as transaction type, product name, and brand.

Visual indicators next to the column names help you identify whether you can group the report by that column.

Auditors and inventory managers can use this report to reconcile the stock inflow and outflow and the corresponding cost of these transactions at a center.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Stock Ledger report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

Column

Description

Center Code

Unique code that identifies the center where transaction was done

Transaction Type

Type of transaction for which the ledger is created

Transaction Date

Date on which the product was sold, consumed, or restocked

Center Name

Center in which the transaction was done

Product Code

Unique code that identifies that product on which the transaction was done

Product Name

Product on which the transaction was done

Product Type

Type of this product

For products that are both retail and consumable, transactions are tracked separately in this report.

Initial Stock

Total available quantity of the product at the center before the transaction was done

Initial Cost

Total cost of the product before the transaction was done

Description

Details of the transaction

Stock-In

Quantity of this product from transactions that increased the stock

Stock-Out

Quantity of this product for transactions that decreased the stock

Transaction Cost

Perpetual average cost of the transaction

Balance Quantity

Available quantity of the product after the transaction was done

Brand

Brand to which the product belongs

Balance Stock Cost

Perpetual average cost of the available stock after the transaction

Purchase price

Purchase price of the product listed by the vendor

Average price

Perpetual average cost of the product for the transaction

Vendor

Vendor associated with the product

Category

Category to which the product belongs

Subcategory

Subcategory of products that belongs to the selected product category

Business unit

Business unit to which the product belongs
