Cash | At step 2, select Cash. Continue to step 4.

Debit/credit card payments online | At step 2, select Credit/Debit. Note: If you have more than one terminal, an option to change the terminal appears. To change the terminal, click Change, and then select a terminal from the list that appears. Continue to step 4. After step 4, if the guest’s card is saved in Zenoti, select the Use Card Reader option. Else select the Use a New Card option, enter the guest details, and then click Submit. Perform one of the following: Enter the card details manually and click Submit. Swipe, dip, or tap the cardon the Miura card reader to complete the transaction.

Offline card payments | At step 2, select Credit/Debit. In the Card Type field, select the required card. In the Card # (last four digits), Bank Name, Terminal, Receipt #, or Expiry fields, enter or select the desired information. Continue to step 4.

Check | At step 2, select Check. Enter the check details. Continue to step 4.

Custom payments | At step 3, select Custom. Select a custom payment option, or type its name in the search field and then select a match. In the Additional Data field, enter any additional information about the payment. Continue to step 4.

Gift card | At step 2, select Pre-paid/Gift. In the Card # field, enter the gift card number manually. Alternatively, click the gift card balance link next to the gift icon to select a gift card, and then beside a gift card number, click the Use This link. Continue to step 4.

Prepaid card | At step 2, select Pre-paid/Gift. In the Card # field, enter the gift card number manually. Alternatively, click the gift card balance link next to the prepaid card icon to select a prepaid card, and then beside a prepaid card number, click the Use This link. Check if a Generate OTP button displays above the Card # field. ( This is applicable only if your organization has enforced OTP.) If the Generate OTP button does not display, proceed to step 4 to collect payment. If the Generate OTP button displays, it indicates that one-time password (OTP) is enabled for redemption. Click the Generate OTP button. Ask the guest for the OTP and enter the code in the OTP field.

Loyalty points | At step 2, select Points. NoteIn the Loyalty Programs field, you will see the balance and currency value (the total points accrued by the guest and their equivalent currency value from all the tiers or loyalty programs that is guest accrued points in). We recommend that you leave this option unchanged. If you leave this option unchanged, during redemption, Zenoti, by default redeems the points that are set to expire first. If you want to change the program or tier, from the Loyalty Programs drop-down list, select the Loyalty Program or tier. In the Points field, enter the number of points that the guest wishes to redeem. Continue to step 4.

Membership | At step 2, select Membership. From the Membership drop-down list, select the membership that the guest can avail for the items in the invoice. Continue to step 4.
