Loyalty points reports

Loyalty Points Balance as on Date report

The Balance as on date report allows you to view details of the following:

  • Loyalty points awarded against all the invoices raised at your center.

  • Loyalty points awarded against all the invoices of guests who have your center as the primary center.

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Marketing > Loyalty Points (from the filter).

  4. Click Balance as on date. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    Excel export

    ) or .CSV icons (

    CSV export

    ).

Center

Invoice center

This option is set by default. You can use this option to view the loyalty points awarded against each invoice raised at your center.

Guest center

You can use this option to view the loyalty points awarded against all the invoices of the guests who have your center as the primary center. The invoices can be from your center or other centers.

Date

By default, the report is set to current date. To view the report for a different date, click the calendar icon and select the required date.

Program Name

Earned

The number of points earned on the invoice

Earned On

The date on which the points were awarded on the invoice

Redemption Start

The date starting which the guest can redeem points earned on the invoice

Redemption End

The date ending which the guest cannot redeem points earned on the invoice

Balance

The accrued loyalty points balance

Loyalty Points Balance as on Date by Guest report

The Balance as on date by guest report allows you to view the details of the following:

  • Loyalty points awarded by your center to guests from your center or other centers.

  • Loyalty points awarded to the guests who have your center as the primary center.

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Marketing > Loyalty Points (from filter).

  4. Click Balance as on date by guest. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    Excel export

    ) or .CSV icons (

    CSV export

    ).

Center

Invoice center

This option is set by default. You can use this option to view the loyalty points awarded by your center to guests from your center or other centers.

Guest center

You can use this option to view the loyalty points awarded to the guests who have your center as the primary center. The loyalty points could have been awarded by your center or other centers.

Date

By default, the report is set to current date. To view the report for a different date, click the calendar icon and select the required date.

The accrued loyalty points balance. Clicking a balance link against a guest name opens the Balance as on Date report and displays only the invoices of the guest that resulted in points accrual

Regular loyalty program: This column is not displayed Tiered loyalty program: The name of the tier that the guest is enrolled in

Loyalty Points Sales report

You can use the loyalty points Sales report to view the details of the loyalty points awarded against the sales that took place at your center over a specified time period.

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Marketing > Loyalty Points (from the filter).

  4. Click Sales. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    Excel export

    ) or .CSV icons (

    CSV export

    ).

Program Name

To view the sales and loyalty points awarded in a particular program (promotion or tier) at your center, enter the program name here. To view the sales and loyalty points of all the programs at your center, leave this option blank.

Select a Time Period

1 Month, 2 Months, 3 Months, 6 Months, Custom

Note

Based on your requirement, from the drop-down list, select either 1, 2, 3, or 6 months. You can alternatively choose Custom from the list and specify custom dates. For custom dates, you can view data for a maximum date range of 6 months at a time. Example: If you wish to see data from January to August, first view data from January to June and then view data from July to August.

Loyalty Points Redemptions report

The loyalty points Redemptions report allows you to view details of the following:

  • All the loyalty points redeemed at your center over a specified time period.

  • All the loyalty points awarded by your center and redeemed either at your center or at any other center over a specified time period.

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Marketing > Loyalty Points (from the filter).

  4. Click Redemptions. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    ).

Loyalty Points Expirations report

You can use the loyalty points Expirations report to view the details of the loyalty points that are set to expire in the near future.

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Marketing > Loyalty Points (from the filter).

  4. Click Expirations. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    ) or .CSV icons (

    CSV export

    ).

Loyalty Points Enrollment report

Note

You can use the Enrollment report to view the enrollment details of the guests including their current and previous tier (to see how the guests have moved across the tiers). This report is available only if you have setup Tiered loyalty program at the organization level.

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Loyalty > Enrollment (from filter).

  4. Click Enrollment. The report opens in a new tab.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    Excel export

    ) or .CSV icons (

    CSV export

    ).

Select Enrollment Time Period

Tier Name

Based on your requirement, select a tier whose enrollment details you wish to view. If you wish to view all the tier enrollments at your center, leave the option unchanged at "All".

Enrollment Date

The date on which the guest was enrolled in the tier

Current Tier

The tier in which the guest is currently in

Previous Tier

The tier in which the guest was previously in

Direct Enrollment

Displays Yes to indicate that the guest was directly enrolled into the tier without considering the spend criteria. For more information, see the Enable direct enrollment to tiers section of Configuring a Tiered Loyalty Program.

Enrolled By

Displays the name of the employee who enrolled the guest directly into the tier.

Enrolled Comments

Displays comments (if any) of the employee who enrolled the guest directly in the tier.

Loyalty Points Liability report

The Loyalty Points Liability report helps you keep track of the liability balance after the sale, redemption, and expiry of loyalty points across your centers. You can use this report to:

  • View the Sales, Points Summary, and Redemption details of a center by clicking the Opening Balance, Sales, and Redemption numbers in their respective columns.

  • View the total number of points that a center is liable for (Closing Balance).

  1. Make sure you have selected the center for which you want to run the report.

  2. On the Main menu, click the Reports tab.

  3. On the Reports Dashboard, click Finance > Accounting (from the filter).

  4. On the Reports screen, from the reports list, click Liability – Loyalty Points.

  5. Click Refresh to see the report. To export the report, on the top right side of the report, click the Excel (

    ) or .CSV icons (

    CSV export

    ).

Center

The name of the center.

Opening Balance

Displays the opening liability balance for loyalty points of the center on the start date you specify. That is, the balance on the previous date at 11:59:59 P.M. Click the Opening Balance to drill down to view the Balance as on Date by Guest report that shows the Opening (liability) Balance details for the start date of the date range you specify for that center.

Sales

The total number of loyalty points accrued as a result of sales during the selected time period. Sales = Sum of loyalty points accrued as a result of sales in the selected time period minus the points redeemed in the same period. Click the Sales value to drill down to the Sales report for that center.

Redemptions

The total number of loyalty points redeemed during the selected time period. Click the redemption value to drill down to the Redemptions report for that center.

Expired Amount

The value of the loyalty points that expired in the selected time period.

Closing Balance

The loyalty points balance as on the last date in the selected time period. Closing Balance = Opening Balance (plus)+ Sales - (minus) Redemptions -(minus) Expired amount
