Track Credit Usage with the Credit Consumption Report

This article explains how to use the Credit Consumption Report to track, analyze, and optimize credit usage across your marketing campaigns.

Overview

The Credit Consumption Report provides complete visibility into how many credits your business consumes across SMS, WhatsApp, and Email campaigns. Use this report to monitor your communication costs, analyze campaign efficiency, and identify optimization opportunities.

Access the report

At the organization or center level, navigate to Marketing > Credit consumption.

The Credit Consumption report lists all campaigns and their associated credit usage.

Report columns

Column

Description

Campaign Name

The name of the campaign. Click to view a Center-level drilldown of credits used for that campaign.

Campaign Type

Indicates whether the campaign is Always-On or Scheduled.

Created From

Displays where the campaign originated (Center, Zone, or Organization).

Targeted Guests

The number of guests targeted in the campaign.

Processed

The total number of messages or emails successfully sent.

Credits Consumed

The total number of credits used for the campaign.

Channel

The communication channel used to send the campaign (Email, SMS, or WhatsApp)

Credit Source

The type of credits consumed (for example, Always-On credits or Email credits).

Status

The current campaign status (Live, Processed, or Paused). Click to view a Date-level drilldown of credits used for that campaign.

View center-level drilldown

To view a center-wise drilldown of the credits consumed for a specific campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Credit consumption.

  2. In the Campaign Name column, click the name of the campaign you want to view. The report displays a center-wise breakdown of credits consumed for that campaign.

  3. Use the date range filter at the top to narrow the results to a specific period.

View date-level drilldown

To view a date-wise drilldown of the credits consumed for a specific campaign, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Credit consumption.

  2. In the Status column, click the campaign status (for example, Processed). The report displays a date-wise breakdown of credits consumed for that campaign.

  3. Use the date range filter at the top to narrow the results to a specific period.
