Close booking wizard automatically on booking completion

You can close the booking wizard after booking completion when the front-desk staff clicks Book or Book and Proceed to payment. This applies only while creating or booking new appointments.

  1. At the center level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select the Close booking wizard automatically after booking completion setting.

  3. Enable this setting.

  4. Click Save.

    If you prefer to keep the booking wizard open after booking completion, turn off the setting.

    Once an appointment is successfully created, a confirmation message will appear, and the booking wizard will close automatically after a few seconds.

Impacts and considerations

If your business went live after or on 24th September 2024, this setting is enabled by default.

If your business was using Zenoti before 24th September 2024, this setting is disabled by default.
