Employee Sales by Item Type report (v1)

Center managers can use this report to view the details of the sales for each item type - services, products, memberships, packages, gift cards, and prepaid cards at the center.

Note

The report considers, both, open and closed invoices for all payment methods.

  1. At the organization or center level, click the Reports icon.

  2. On the Reports page, search for and select the Employee Sales By Item Type report.

  3. If the report has many columns, scroll horizontally to the right or left to view all columns.

  4. To view specific data on the report, select the desired filters. For more information, refer to report features on Zenoti.

  5. Click Refresh.

    If you generate the report for over a year, click the Email button.

To view all the numbers in the report inclusive of tax, select the Include tax check box and click Refresh. This option is useful for businesses in the ANZ (Australia-New Zealand) and the UK regions.

If the Allow changing Sale By in POS setting is not enabled, you will not see this column.

Services Sold

Price of services sold by an employee including taxes

Note

If the Allow changing Sale By in POS setting is not enabled, you will not see this column.

Products

Price of the products sold including taxes

Memberships

Price of the purchased membership including taxes

Packages

Price of the purchased package including taxes

Gift Cards

Price of the purchased gift card including taxes

Prepaid Cards

Price of the purchased prepaid card including taxes

Total

Total price of the purchased items including taxes
