Configure booking timeout limit

Reserve the slot for an in-progress booking to prevent double booking. This feature ensures that once a booking process is initiated, the time slot is temporarily held, reducing the risk of overlapping appointments.

Required roles: Any role with access to the Administrator mode.

Required permissions: None

  1. At the organization level, click the Configuration icon.

  2. Search for and select Set the booking timeout limit.

  3. Enter the booking time out limit.

  4. Click Save.
