Abandoned Checkouts dashboard

Important

Starting Sep 02, 2025, abandoned checkout notifications sent via Email and SMS will be categorized as Marketing messages to ensure compliance with messaging regulations.

The Abandoned Checkouts dashboard helps you track the number of abandoned carts, total value of those carts, and the revenue recovered and realized after sending an abandoned cart reminder to guests.

  1. To access the dashboard, navigate to Marketing > Abandoned Checkouts.

  2. To download the following reports in Excel format, click the hyperlinks:

    • Abandoned Checkouts Report

    • Email Effectiveness Overview

    • Email Effectiveness Overview

All 'recovered' report values correspond to checkouts for which guests completed the booking after clicking links on the reminder emails. These are for all (open and closed) invoices. All 'realized' report values correspond to closed invoices only. Converted indicates the number of emails that resulted in revenue recovery.
